REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation.
  • Perishable items or food products that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Opened or consumed food items.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.
Refund Approval & Processing
  • Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If a return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will:

  • Offer a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Process a full refund, depending on your preference.
