- Perishable items or food products that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Opened or consumed food items.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.
Refund Approval & Processing
- Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If a return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will:
- Offer a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Process a full refund, depending on your preference.
